FiT^2 was inspired during the pandemic of 2020 and grew into a set intention to help unchain, draw from within, keep moving ahead and construct internal order within external chaos. Now it's time to share this approach to wellness and exercise! Sedentary lifestyles have been becoming more prevalent in recent years but Covid-19 just compounded this already serious problem that much more. However, adapting away from inactive living through use of exercise and forming healthy habits is still possible. Let's collectively but safely work our way back to healthy!
We are all capable of analyzing our bodies but connecting and understanding why we feel the way we do during uncontrollable external circumstances or difficult times can sometimes seem impossible to achieve. It's in these times that we fall victim to bad habits and combatting these constraints can be a battle.
